Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Lemon juice (1/4 oz) · Juice
  • 1 tsp Goya guava jelly (1/4 oz la fe guava paste melted with a little water in the microwave)
  • 1 literal 1/2 Egg white · Other
  • 0.5 oz Meletti amaro · Amaro
  • 1.5 oz Cognac (courvoisier vs)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a glass, and garnish with Angostura Bitters.
