Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Cane syrup (jm sirop) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Absinthe (kübler) · Absinthe
  • 1 oz Atholl brose or drambuie (drambuie)
  • 1 oz North shore no. 6 gin · Gin
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake without ice and then with. Strain into a cocktail coupe and garnish with a few drops of Angostura Bitters.
