Ingredients

  • 2 Slice cucumber
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz St. germain (st. elder) · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Gin (beefeater) · Gin

Instructions

Shake with ice, double strain into a Collins glass with soda water (2 oz), top with ice, and garnish with 2 cucumber slices.
