Ingredients

  • 1 dash Aromatic bitters (housemade) · Bitters
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple syrup · Syrup
  • 1.75 oz Old fitzgerald bourbon · Whiskey

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a rocks glass, and twist a lemon peel over the top.
