Ingredients

  • 6 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • 0.25 oz Punt e mes
  • 0.75 oz Dolin blanc vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Carpano sweet vermouth (cocchi)
  • 1 oz Hayman's royal dock gin (1 1/4 oz beefeater)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a double old fashioned glass with a large ice cube, and garnish with a lemon twist.
