Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Ginger syrup (barrow's intense ginger liqueur) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Falernum (velvet) · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Amontillado sherry (lustau) · Sherry
  • 1 oz Mezcal (montelobos) · Mezcal

Instructions

Build in a Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, and swizzle to mix and chill. Garnish with a mint sprig.
