Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Housemade ginger syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Velvet falernum · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Lustau amontillado sherry · Sherry
  • 1 oz Del maguey espadin especial mezcal · Mezcal

Instructions

Build in a Collins glass, add crushed ice, and swizzle to mix and chill. Garnish with mint sprigs, Fee's Whiskey Barrel Bitters, and Bittermens Mole Bitters; add a straw.
