Ingredients

  • 0.75 tsp Sugar · Other
  • 1 literal 1 Egg · Other
  • 3 oz Milk · Other
  • 0.25 oz Rum (coruba)
  • 0.5 oz Brandy (pedro domecq fundador solera reserva) · Brandy
  • 1 oz Madeira (blandy's 5 year)
  • 1 Pinch cinnamon · Other
  • 1 Pinch nutmeg

Instructions

Dissolve sugar in the milk and then add rest of ingredients. Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a rocks glass or large punch cup and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
