Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Oloroso sherry (lustau) · Sherry
  • 0.5 oz Pedro ximenez sherry (oxford 1970) · Sherry
  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Crème de banane (giffard)
  • 0.5 oz Heavy cream · Other
  • 1.5 oz Cachaça (avua balsamo)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a sherbert glass with ice (coupe no ice), and garnish with a banana slice dusted with nutmeg (omit banana slice).
