Sherry Colada

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.25 oz Amontillado sherry
  • 0.75 oz Manzanilla sherry
  • 1.5 oz Palo cortado sherry (*)
  • 1 oz Housemade coconut cream
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Fill with crushed ice, garnish with two cherries on a pick, and add a straw.
