Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Pimento dram (st. elizabeth allspice dram) · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Demerara rum (lemon hart 80 proof) · Rum
  • 1 oz Dark jamaican rum (appleton 12 year) · Rum

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
