1.5 oz Remy martin 1738 cognac (monnet vsop)
0.25 oz Cruzan black strap rum
0.25 oz Del maguey chichicapa mezcal (banhez)
0.5 oz Orgeat
0.25 oz Pedro ximenez sherry (el maestro sierra)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into an old fashioned glass with ice, top with 3/4 oz IPA (Sierra Nevada Atomic Torpedo), and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
