Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Rich simple syrup (2/3 oz 1:1)
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Rabarbaro zucca (sfumato)
  • 0.75 oz Campari · Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Mezcal (sombra) · Mezcal

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins (rocks) glass, fill with crushed ice, and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
