Gin Gin Mule

Ingredients

1.5 oz Gin (beefeater)
0.75 oz Ginger beer (reed's)
6 Sprigs mint
0.5 oz Simple syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice

Instructions

Muddle the mint with lime juice and simple syrup. Add ice, gin, and ginger beer; shake and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wedge.
