Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other
  • 8 drop Salt tincture (1 pinch salt) · Other
  • 2 dash Bittermens mole bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz El dorado 12 year rum · Rum
  • 1.5 oz Carpano sweet vermouth (cocchi)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with orange oil from a twist.
