Ingredients

  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Cinnamon syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Yellow chartreuse · Herbal Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Lemon hart 151 rum · Rum
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with 2 oz cava and garnish with an orange twist.
