1 Egg white, Demerara simple syrup, Lemon juice, Cardamaro, Atkins & potts rosehip syrup, La favorite amber rhum

St. germain, Cynar, Averna, Rittenhouse 100 rye

1 Egg white, Angostura bitters, Lemon juice, Dry vermouth (noilly prat), Rye (jim beam)

1 Egg white, Honey syrup, Passion fruit syrup, Lemon juice, Malört (jeppson's) (*)

Simple syrup, Averna, Orange juice, Lemon juice, Krogstad aquavit, Monkey shoulder scotch (1 oz famous grouse + 1 dash laphroaig 10 year)
