Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 4 dash Celery bitters ( · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz 2:1 Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Gin (aviation) · Gin

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a cocktail or coupe glass. Optional to mist more bitters across the top.
