Ingredients

1 Inch celery stalk
0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
0.5 oz St. germain · Liqueur
1.5 oz Dry vermouth · Vermouth
1.5 oz Cynar · Amaro

Instructions

Muddle celery, and add rest of ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice rimmed with celery salt-ginger-honey crystals (*). Garnish with a celery leaf.
