Zucca Hour

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Dewar's scotch
- 0.75 oz Rabarbaro zucca amaro
- 0.75 oz Grapefruit juice
- 0.25 oz Lime syrup (*)
- 0.25 oz Branca menta
- 3 drop Salt water tincture
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a mint leaf and a few drops of Peychaud's Bitters.
