Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Zirbenz stone pine liqueur · Liqueur
  • 1 oz Cocchi americano · Other
  • 1 oz Macchu pisco · Pisco

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Top with 1 oz Monte Delle Vigne sparkling wine and garnish with 5 drops Bittermens Grapefruit Bitters.
