Kon-Tiki Mai Tai

Ingredients

• 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
• 6 drop Absinthe (herbsaint) · Absinthe
• 0.25 tsp Ginger syrup (2 thin slices fresh ginger) · Syrup
• 0.75 oz Honey syrup · Syrup
• 0.75 oz Orange juice (cara cara) · Juice
• 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
• 1.25 oz Gold puerto rican rum (don q cristal) · Rum
• 1.5 oz Appleton extra rum (appleton v/x)

Instructions

Blend with 4 oz crushed ice for 5 seconds (shake with ice and strain over crushed ice). Garnish with mint sprigs and a pineapple spear.
