Ingredients

1 literal 6 To 8 leaves of mint
0.25 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Simple syrup
0.75 oz Wray & nephew overproof white rum
0.75 oz Dolin blanc vermouth
0.75 oz Salers gentiane liqueur
4 Wedge lemon
1 literal 1 Pinch salt

Instructions

Muddle lemon wedges, mint, and salt in simple syrup. Add the rest, whip shake, and strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a mint bouquet and add straws.
