1 Egg, Angostura bitters, Rooibos tea syrup (*), King's ginger liqueur

St. george terroir gin (*), Punt e mes, Génépi des alpes liqueur

Orange twists, Mole bitters, Simple syrup, Sercial madeira (blandy's 5 year verdelho)

Black tea bitters (*), Simple syrup, Lemon juice, Dolin sweet vermouth, Death's door gin

Grenadine, Lemon juice, Combier liqueur de rose, Hendrick's gin

Angostura bitters, Lemon juice, Amber rum (appleton v/x), Simple syrup 1:1 (jaggery syrup), Raspberry purée
