Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.5 oz Rothman & winter orchard apricot · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Strega · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Plymouth gin (cold river) · Gin

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Highball glass containing 2 oz of soda water. Garnish with a spritz of Suze (10 drops Salers).
