Ingredients

  • 2 dash Orange bitters (regan's) · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Fino sherry (lustau) · Sherry
  • 1 oz Cocchi americano · Other

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass with ice, top with soda water (2 oz), and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
