Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz Bols genever · Gin
  • 0.75 oz Aperol · Other
  • 0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur (st. elder) · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Collins glass, top with tonic water (~3 oz), and add a straw.
