Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 1 oz Stout (mayflower oatmeal)
  • 2 oz Averna · Amaro

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a wine glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg. The dry shake will also help to de-gas the beer.
