Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crushed ice (8 oz)
  • 1 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Oleo saccharum (lemon & orange peel) (*)
  • 3 oz Amontillado sherry (lustau) · Sherry

Instructions

Blend until smooth, pour into a 12 oz glass, and garnish with an orange slice and cherry (orange slice and mint sprig).
