Ingredients
- 1 literal 3 Leaves of mint
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 0.75 oz Pineapple syrup
- 0.25 oz Green chartreuse
- 1.5 oz Beefeater 24 gin (bluecoat)
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass with 1 oz soda water. Top with ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
