Ingredients
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Belle de brillet pear liqueur
- 0.5 oz Thyme-infused honey syrup
- 2 oz London dry gin
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a thyme sprig.
