  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter) · Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Amontillado sherry (lustau) · Sherry
  • 1 oz White rum (turkey shore's old ipswich white cap) · Rum
  • 0.25 oz Cane syrup (j.m.) (*) · Syrup

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass pre-rinsed with allspice dram (St. Elizabeth).
