Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Aged rhum agricole (jm gold)
  • 0.75 oz Cognac (du peyrat selection)
  • 0.5 oz Peach liqueur (mathilde)
  • 0.25 oz Falernum (velvet)
  • 0.25 oz Allspice dram (hamilton's)
  • 1 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz Honey syrup
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white

Instructions

Shake one round without ice and one round with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe (old fashioned glass), and garnish with a lemon wheel (lemon twist).
