Ingredients

  • 1 Fistful mint leaf
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1.5 oz Eagle rare 10 year bourbon · Whiskey

Instructions

Shake with ice and double strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Top with 1 oz housemade ginger beer and garnish with a mint leaf.
