Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg · Other
  • 1 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Cherry heering · Other
  • 2 oz Smith & cross rum · Rum

Instructions

Dry shake, add ice, and shake again. Double strain into a rocks glass and garnish the foam with drops of Fee's Whiskey Barrel Bitters.
