Ingredients

2 oz Reposado tequila (cimarron)
0.75 oz Manzanilla sherry (tio pepe fino)
0.5 oz St. germain (st. elder)
1 dash Orange bitters (scrappy's)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a double old fashioned glass (coupe) pre-rinsed with mezcal (Mezcal Union), and garish with a grapefruit twist.
