Tamarind Whiskey Sour

Ingredients
- 1 oz Jaggery syrup (1:1)
- 1 tsp Tamarind concentrate mixed with 1/3 oz hot water
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1.5 oz Bourbon (bulleit)
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a Double Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
