Ingredients

  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Grenadine · Other
  • 1.5 oz Laird's applejack · Brandy

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge (optional, so here I garnished with a lemon twist instead).
