Ingredients

  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • 0.25 oz St. elizabeth allspice dram
  • 0.75 oz Lapsang souchong tea syrup (*)
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 2 oz Cognac (pierre ferrand 1840)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
