Ingredients

  • 3 Basil leaves
  • 1.5 oz Roasted tomato-agave purée (*)
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Joven mezcal (del maguey vida)
  • 1.5 oz Reposado tequila (espolon)

Instructions

Shake with ice and pour into a rocks glass (I strained into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice to remove the battered basil leaves). Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
