Ingredients
- 3 Basil leaves
- 1.5 oz Roasted tomato-agave purée (*)
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Joven mezcal (del maguey vida)
- 1.5 oz Reposado tequila (espolon)
Instructions
Shake with ice and pour into a rocks glass (I strained into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice to remove the battered basil leaves). Garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
