Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Rhum agricole (jm blanc 100°)
  • 0.5 oz Fino sherry (tio pepe)
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Cane syrup (sirop jm)
  • 2 drop Orange blossom water
  • 1 Twist lemon peel

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe.
