Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Tawny port (sandeman)
  • 0.5 oz Maple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Navan vanilla liqueur · Liqueur
  • 2 oz Aged rum (appleton v/x) · Rum
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with cracked ice. Top with 1 oz of soda water. Garnish with a mint spring and a lemon zest spiral.
