Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Allspice dram · Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple shrub · Shrub
  • 2 oz Redemption bourbon · Whiskey

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, add a straw, and garnish with a mint sprig.
