Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white
4 dash Celery bitters (
0.5 oz 2:1 Simple syrup
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Pineapple juice
2 oz Gin (aviation)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a cocktail or coupe glass. Optional to mist more bitters across the top.
