Ingredients

  • 12 Mint leaves · Other
  • 1 dash Orange bitters (regan's) · Bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 tsp Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Cocchi americano · Other
  • 0.5 oz Oloroso sherry (lustau's dry)
  • 1.25 oz Blanco tequila (piedra azul)

Instructions

Lightly muddle the mint leaves in a Julep cup. Add rest of the ingredients, fill with crushed ice, and stir. Top with more crushed ice, garnish with a mint sprig and a blackberry (omitted), and add a straw.
