Ingredients

  • 1 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz Hamilton demerara 86 proof rum (el dorado 5 year)
  • 1.5 oz Denizen merchant reserve rum
  • 2.25 tsp Demerara cinnamon syrup (1/2 oz cinnamon syrup)
  • 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 7 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a lime-cherry flag and mint sprigs.
