Vanilla Brandy Flip

Whole egg, Demerara syrup (2:1), St. elizabeth allspice dram, Lustau dry oloroso sherry, Heavy cream, Gosling's black seal rum

Whole egg, Simple syrup, Honey syrup (1:1), Cream, Pierre ferrand pineau des charentes, Becherovka

Whole egg, Diabolique (infused bourbon), Orange juice, Benedictine, Applejack, Heaping barspoon sugar

Simple syrup, 1 Egg yolk, Bourbon (basil hayden), Madeira (blandy's 5 year malmsey madeira)

Angostura bitters, Lemon juice, Maraschino liqueur, Averna, Dewar's blended scotch, Peychaud's bitters, 1 Egg

Fernet branca (see cynar variation below), Green chartreuse, Campari, Simple syrup, Whole egg
