Ingredients
- 1 literal Whole egg
- 0.25 oz Demerara syrup (2:1)
- 0.25 oz St. elizabeth allspice dram
- 0.5 oz Lustau dry oloroso sherry
- 1 oz Heavy cream
- 1.5 oz Gosling's black seal rum
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a snifter glass (rock glass) and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
