Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Rye whiskey (old overholt) · Whiskey
  • 1.5 oz Bonal gentiane-quina · Other

Instructions

Shake once without and once with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a lemon twist and freshly grated cinnamon.
