Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 1 literal 1 Egg yolk · Other
  • 1 oz Bourbon (basil hayden) · Whiskey
  • 1 oz Madeira (blandy's 5 year malmsey madeira) · Madeira

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a wine or cocktail glass, and garnish with grated nutmeg.
